/// CLASS.ASSASSIN
Assassin: best heroes right now
High burst and mobility, built to kill one target and get out.
What the class does
- Reach the enemy damage dealers and kill them before the fight is properly under way.
- Farm early, take objectives for the team and look for an enemy who is out of position.
- Stay away from fights you cannot finish quickly: assassins are fragile once caught.
Main lanes of the 29 Assassin heroes: 🌲 Jungle 25 · 🏹 Gold Lane 2 · 🔮 Mid Lane 1 · 🛡️ Roam 1

What the pros pick
Assassin heroes most picked across 799 MPL and MSC games from Liquipedia (CC BY-SA 3.0).
What this does not know
- A hero with two classes appears on both class pages.
- A class page mixes every lane its heroes play, so the best hero here is not always the best pick for your lane. Use the lane pages for that.
- Pro picks come from tournament drafts with coordinated teams and bans, and do not carry over directly to solo queue.
