⬆Buffed in Patch 2.1.95a — We noticed that as an Assassin, Hayabusa's Skill 1 damage was a bit low and Skill 2 was hard to land. Most of his strength came from Ultimate, a skill that requires little execution, which didn't match his ninja identity. So we've made some adjustments to Hayabusa.
